Little Champions (Ages 4 - 6)
In our Little Champion program, your child will learn martial arts, and self-defense, but more importantly, they will learn valuable life skills like self-control, discipline, memorization, balance, and focus. Students get to learn these through different skill building exercises and drills. We build these skills, as well as building their martial arts skills, in a fun environment that your child will love!

One of our main focuses with the Little Champion age group is focus. We work on their focus through different drills, with the goal of them also becoming more focused at school and at home. One of our other main focuses is discipline. We find that when we improve their discipline levels at the dojo, they will also be more disciplined at home.

Juniors (Ages 7-12)
Our students will learn many different martial arts skills, as well as valuable life skills to set them up for success. We structure our classes so they get the best of everything that we teach. They will get to learn self-defense, work on their coordination, balance, flexibility, and confidence, all while having fun, and staying active! One of our main focuses, especially with our Juniors, is discipline. Our students learn discipline as they work towards each belt.

One of our main focuses with our Juniors is helping them become leaders inside and outside of the dojo. With our high levels of discipline, respect, self-control, and confidence, we strive to make our students leaders amongst their peers, and in society.

Teens & Adults
In our Teens and Adult class, you are garenteed to get a unique training experience in every class. With our unique curriculum, you will be able to get many different training experiences every class. We strive to equip our students to defend themselves as best as possible, from our set curriculum of self-defense, to the different drills, concepts, and scenarios we do during class.

One of our main focuses with our Teens and Adult class is fitness. Our classes will provide an excellent workout, and get your heart rate up, while learning and anchoring in self-defense techniques and skills.
