  • Do I need to be physically fit to start training?
    No, not by any means. We work with our students to build their endurance, strength, and abilities, and it doesn't matter where they start.
  • Do I/my child need to have experience to start training?
    No! You/your child do not need any experience to start training, no matter how old you are. Our classes are structured to welcome new students, with no experience.
  • How will Martial Arts affect my child?
    Over time, your child will see many benefits from our classes, including discipline, respect, confidence, flexibility, coordination, self-control, integrity, as well as learning how to defend him/her self.
